Jackie’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! Probably the most stunning Airbnb I’ve stayed in yet. Just as beautiful as the pictures and had all the amenities you could need. She was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, and even let us check in early for a small extra fee! Keep in mind it is located in a quiet family neighborhood & you may see some kids running around. Overall highly recommend!

Great as always. The house is spacious and comfortable, terrific location, right in the heart of Arcadia. I will stay here again in the future.

Jackie’s place was a perfect fit for our family getaway. The backyard was beautiful with the pool and the lounging area. There was fun games inside and a ping pong table to escape the heat. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room throughout the house.

Over the last couple of years, I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s, but not like Jackie place. This is hands down, the most amazing Airbnb that I’ve experienced. I felt extremely at home immediately; the space was extremely luxurious and clean. We even extended our stay by a day because we did not want to part with the space so soon. I even went as far as telling my partner that I wanted to move into this Airbnb because it is such a dream. The photos online of the home are extremely beautiful, but it is a million times better in person. Jackie is amazing too, she is so accommodating, extremely responsive and just very welcoming. This home deserves a million+ stars! Thank you Jackie, we hope to be back soon!

Found this little gem in a rush, turned out to be a perfect spot close to hospitals for our near month stay. Hosts were quick to respond to the minor issues we had and worked with us well. The kindness was much appreciated

Came out for a couple days and loved staying in Jackie’s AirBNB. It was nice, clean, had everything I needed and they were extremely responsive if I needed them. Such a fun and private little bungalow to rent for a weekend getaway.

Great location,beautiful home ,definitely worth more than what we paid ,host very responsive ,I had messaged at 3am and got a quick reply, very professional,pool clean and perfect temperature my kids loved it ,definitely gave us some memories to go back home with.would have given you 10 stars!!!

The Bulter （Gray）House is a historical house with new remodel inside. It’s a very nice place to stay. It’s very close to ASU. We enjoyed staying there because we felt like we were home. I personally feel that it’s one of few warmest Airbnbs in the States. Although there were few minor problems, they were solved quickly. The decorations and pictures in the house have spoken for the story of ASU and Tempe. We also loved the backyard and BBQ there. Jackie and Jennifer, thank you so much for the assistance and patience. You have made our trip another great memory in our life. We will really recommend it to our friends and others. 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰🎉🎉🎉

A perfect space for a solo traveler or couple looking for a convenient place to explore Phoenix. Great location and perfect setup. Has an outdoor space to relax in and everything was just perfect.

A fantastic place to access downtown Phoenix and beyond. Has everything one would need for a short or longer stay. Well decorated with great spaces.

This location is perfect! You are able to walk to downtown to experience all the restaurants and bars. While I didn’t walk because of the heat but if you are coming during the winter it’s a perfect walkable location! Lyft/Waymo’s we’re super cheap to get to the areas I wanted to. The hosts are very nice. Thank you for the quick responses.

We had a great stay thanks to Jackie and her team! Jackie provided us with all the information we needed and left an adorable welcome gift. The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen contained everything we needed (and then some… there was an espresso machine which was such a fun touch). Excellent home that was surprisingly bigger in person than expected. Located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood while also having easy access to main roads and highways. Large pool and yard were perfect for our family. Jackie was quick to respond to questions. This was a great stay.

This is a one of a kind gem in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Arcadia. You’re close to everything. And the views of Camelback Mountain from the kitchen window brightened our mornings. The house is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and perfect for families. And the pool, we lived in it! We can’t wait to visit again. And Jackie, let us know if it goes up for sale, it’s the perfect home for our family!!

Jackie was super responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. We had a last minute trip to Phoenix for a family matter, and Jackie surprised us with a very nice gesture of balloons and goodies. The house was in a great location, very walkable, next to a park and close to many eating options. We had to cut our trip short, and Jackie was able to accommodate our last-minute request. She went above and beyond! 5 star services and great home.
