The Bulter （Gray）House is a historical house with new remodel inside. It’s a very nice place to stay. It’s very close to ASU. We enjoyed staying there because we felt like we were home. I personally feel that it’s one of few warmest Airbnbs in the States. Although there were few minor problems, they were solved quickly. The decorations and pictures in the house have spoken for the story of ASU and Tempe. We also loved the backyard and BBQ there. Jackie and Jennifer, thank you so much for the assistance and patience. You have made our trip another great memory in our life. We will really recommend it to our friends and others. 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰🎉🎉🎉

This is a one of a kind gem in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Arcadia. You’re close to everything. And the views of Camelback Mountain from the kitchen window brightened our mornings. The house is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and perfect for families. And the pool, we lived in it! We can’t wait to visit again. And Jackie, let us know if it goes up for sale, it’s the perfect home for our family!!

The hosts were incredibly gracious to our family during a difficult time. Not only was the house as beautiful as it was pictured, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Great location in a peaceful neighborhood.

Jackie was super responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. We had a last minute trip to Phoenix for a family matter, and Jackie surprised us with a very nice gesture of balloons and goodies. The house was in a great location, very walkable, next to a park and close to many eating options. We had to cut our trip short, and Jackie was able to accommodate our last-minute request. She went above and beyond! 5 star services and great home.

The Wildfire was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. The home is stunning and pristine clean. We had a small issue with furniture, but Jackie was immediately responsive and had it fixed in no time. Would highly recommend staying here for a nice getaway in Phoenix

Jackie’s house was immaculate, from the beautiful interior to the backyard pool backing up to a golf course. This was the perfect setting for our vacation. In addition to the house itself being stunning, the location is great, as well. It’s in a scenic, quiet area in north Phoenix and had everything we needed within a short drive.

It’s so incredible! From the moment you walk in, this airbnb seeks to please! It’ s beautiful inside and out. Hostess Jackie really has the ‘fabulous guest experience’ touch! So incredibly clean (cleanest airbnb we have ever been too!) The pictures just don’t do this place justice. Much bigger in person too and honestly ever little detail is thought of from decorations to coffee to laundry detergent to delightfully folded towels, scented wipes, bath products and kitchen soaps! No crazy rules or departure instructions, just come, enjoy and relax. Jackie was super helpful with recommendations too! Can’t wait to come back again! 🙂 (really close to so many wonderful/helpful places, we enjoyed The Mexicano right down the street and several places in Scottsdale Quarter, Culinary Dropout and RA Sushi Bar and indoor Putt Putt!)

She was flexible, responsive, and so accommodating. The house was so beautiful, welcoming and the sheets were beyond soft!! Simply AMAZING experience.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! My husband and I needed a place to stay, with our two teens, during a necessary trip to Phoenix for a few days/nights. We were so happy to find The Bodhi!! It was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Everything we needed in the kitchen was right there. The living room was so comfortable. And, the pool was refreshing. It felt like we could really stay forever!!! If we ever need to come to Phoenix again, we would most definitely stay here again! Thank you Jackie for being such a gracious host!!!

The Bloom was perfect for our family. Incredibly clean and kid/pet friendly! Fantastic location with beautiful, large park within walking distance, as well as plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend! Jackie was super accommodating and helpful.

This has been one of my favorite air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in! This home is beyond beautiful. I had a few friends over gather for a quick weekend get away and enjoyed this place very much. The decor is trendy but also unisex, has plenty of amenities and the home/air bnb itself had great little details to make our stay memorable. They had cards and games which was a nice little touch since we just wanted to hang out together. The location was great, also a nice neighborhood. One neighbor was having a loud party but inside the home their music was faint and didn’t disturb us. The host was very responsive and friendly. Over all a fantastic home and host, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

We loved this property! Perfect for our group of 5 ladies. The pool was amazing to have on a hot AZ afternoon. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen well stocked and pristine for our arrival. The flexibility of early check in was also appreciated. We would 100% recommend this house and look forward to visiting Phoenix again. We appreciated all the towels too – ample bath towels and the pool ones too. Thanks, again!

Gorgeous little home! Felt right at home. Loved being on the golf course – nice sense of privacy in a smaller yard. We saw coyote, quail and prairie dogs on the course. House has everything you need, might needs some extra pool floats if you have a larger group. Jackie was so helpful and responsive with the couple questions we had. Highly recommended.

Amazing home with room to spread out and relax both inside and out. Beds were comfy and bedrooms spacious, kitchen was stocked with useful items from standard plates to pans and other essential cooking eq. comfy living room and some fun games spread here and there to occupy time. Yard was the show stealer beautiful landscaping and pool with great outdoor furniture made our trip both fun at times and peaceful after a long day out. Defiantly would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Jackie was super helpful and very quick to respond. The place was very large and had above and beyond necessities and things that you didn’t even know you needed. Pool and games were awesome too!!! Can’t say enough on how amazing it was-would highly recommend!!
