CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

GUEST SCREENING:
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay.

HOUSE RULES:
-NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property. No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
-Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
-No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee. Must clean up after your dog or incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
-No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
-No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
-PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED This is a residential area.
-Per the city of Scottsdale, rental properties cannot occupy more than 6 adults and their children at a time.
-Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

***This home requires a signed rental agreement, guest verification through Superhog and a fully refundable security deposit prior to access.

SECURITY DEPOSIT may be required depending on what platform you book.

The pool does not have a safety fence. Always supervise children.
 No glass or breakable containers in or around the pool area.
 No diving. The pool is only 5 feet deep at the deepest point.
 We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Our pool is heated to 80 degrees at no extra charge.

The cameras are not monitored during stays however recordings will
be reviewed if notified of noise complaints or if undisclosed damage is discovered.
NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.

You will be sent a keyless code before your arrival for the entry pad. Before, during, and after your stay, feel free to reach out to us at anytime.
