Pre-arrival from and rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed.

Once the rental agreement + guest verification have been signed and r'cd you will receive the keyless entry code.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, late check out after 11:00 will result in $150/hour fee.
You will have access to the entire home except the owners locked storage closets.
