We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS: Exterior cameras are located in the front of the home for security. There are no interior cameras.

NOISE MONITORS: Noise monitors are located inside and outside of the home to ensure quiet hours of 10pm-9am are followed. These measure decibel levels only. No sound is transmitted or recorded.

GUEST SCREENING: We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process, and your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process.
