I am the Founder of PHX Stays, a boutique property management company for Short-Term rentals based in Phoenix, AZ. We proudly serve the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe areas, bringing our unique blend of hospitality to these vibrant communities.
Through this journey, I have been able to integrate my two passions – Interior Design & Real Estate. Coupled with our motto, ‘Quality over Quantity,’ PHX Stays strives to consistently create world-class guest experiences. Our full-service, concierge-style company remains one of the Top STR Management Services in the Phoenix area as well as in Scottsdale and Tempe.
In my years of working in property management, I realized that most property management companies really want one thing—more properties and more money. PHX Stays isn’t the largest, and that’s by design. At PHX Stays, we bring a hands-on, top-notch, boutique approach to all of our properties. For guests, this means we add in the highest end design touches, offer car services, private chefs, boat rentals, charcuterie boards, and so much more. For investors, we can do it all—from acquisition to interior design, increasing revenue to full-service management, we’ve got you covered.
