I don’t think there is anything bad I could say about our stay. From an easy check in to a spotless home everything was great! Every appliance you could imagine was in the home! We even had access to Netflix and all streaming services. It was a very enjoyable stay and I’d highly recommend.

We came to AZ for our graduation at GCU. We loved the layout, rooms and total house inside and out. I am a big cook and so are my sons. The only thing needed are bigger pots and more kitchen tools. But we used large trays to cook each night buffet style. We did not even need to eat out. Her house is so nice we rather cook and relax at the pool. We grilled each day and cook large meals like it was Thanksgiving. I felt like I was home. I recommend staying at Jackie’s place you will thank yourself. I use Air BNB all the time and she is a 5 stars host. Thank you, Jackie.

This house is everything plus!!! It made my 46th birthday nice and enjoyable. I was able to relax, communication was great even with the noise complaint (before quiet hours) host was super cool. A few of the balls were missing from the pool table and they replaced them during our stay. Only good times & good vibes were had‼️

We were in Phoenix for a wedding and needed a place for our family and in laws. The place was beautiful, quiet, and a great retreat when we needed to escape wedding festivities hosts were very responsive. It was just perfect.

The location is great and the home was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our one night stay and visit to Phoenix. The host was very thoughtful and made our check in and checkout easy. I highly recommend Jackie’s place.

Wow! We had an amazing stay at the Lilly! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the layout is perfect with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard is heavenly with so much space and the perfect size pool! This was really the best place we’ve ever stayed in AZ. Being in Arcadia was amazing and so close to everything. We can’t wait to be back!

From start to finish (and all the moments in between) everything was perfect for our stay. Jackie and the team thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. The home is spotless, well stocked and tastefully decorated.

Modern, with a host of beautiful touches, great lighting, nice outdoors, amazing sound on the tv in the living room, and the kitchen looks like its from one of those home makeover shows. Absolutely gorgeous and you will not be dissapointed. Some of the magical touches: lights that turn on INSIDE the mirror (don’t ask, you’ll have to experience it), a sound bar that makes movie watching seem like you’re in a theatre, remote control lighting for outside, absolutely stunning shower…I mean the place is just lovely…and on top of this, the hosts were responsive, checking in to ask if i needed anything, and even dropped off stuff for me during the stay…and there’s even a little surprise welcome gift that I won’t spoil for you. 10,000 stars!!!!!!!!

The space was clean and tidy yet practical and had all we needed for our stay. Jackie was very accommodating and helpful and continuously checked in throughout the stay to ensure everything was running smoothly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jackie’s home in Tempe. The 1950s house was charming and located right across from ASU, making it super convenient. The home was nicely updated with tasteful design touches that maintained its vintage character. The 3 bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms were updated with great showers. The AC kept the house nice and cool during the hot Arizona days. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a water filter, K-cups, and big ice cubes. Jackie also provided thoughtful touches like coffee biscuits, and Trader Joe’s cookies.. The wifi connection was fast and reliable. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and the natural light in the home was wonderful.

t’s walking distance, or a short scooter ride, to anywhere you need to go. It was a nice place to cool down from the heat, relax, and spend time with family. Jackie was a great host, always quick to respond and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We have already recommended it to friends and family, and we’ll certainly be back.

It has everything we needed and we enjoyed making meals in the stocked kitchen and lounging out by the pool. Would definitely stay again if ever in Phoenix!

This house is spacious, modern, close to everything. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the decor, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen appliances and tools! Smart TVs throughout.

We loved our stay at the Wallace! The home was very clean, modern and was equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We LOVED the beautiful outdoor pool area. Jackie went above and beyond, she is the perfect host! She was attentive and responsive to any needs of ours and had a guidebook of suggested places to eat and visit. Our other host Dawn was also very attentive in making sure to have everything ready for us upon arrival. I whole heartedly recommend this Airbnb! Look forward to staying here again! The kitchen was the most outfitted kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at – juicers, blenders, air fryers etc. and all in brand new condition. Very well thought out place!

The style and decor was wonderful. I had fun using the espresso machine and sitting on the back patio drinking my coffee each morning. Highly recommend!

Second time booking this same rental and with the same host. Great place to stay and friendly hosts! Exactly as described, comfortable beds, and just a short Uber drive to downtown Phoenix or the many shopping and food options.

e had an extended stay at Jackie’s cute condo in Tempe after a water leak left us without a bathroom or kitchen in our house. The house was modern and cute. The cleanliness was immaculate and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The condo’s location is extremely convenient. We would definitely recommend!

Instructions were provided in advance, so there was no guessing or waiting. Jackie was very welcoming and responsive. Our favorite spot in the condo was the covered patio that overlooked the grounds. We had our breakfast there and watched birds, rabbits, lizards, and other wildlife. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with what we needed. We plan to book another stay in the condo in December.

Second time at Jackie’s Wildfire! Can’t wait to book #3. Great home and love the backyard and pool. Jackie and her staff are super. Response times were efficient. Desert Ridge area is clean and tons of options to dine. Convenient location to enjoy the Scottsdale area and beyond. 5 stars all day long.

We recently relocated from the east coast (NY) and, as might be expected, initially found it daunting to figure out where to move and how to accomplish the many unending tasks. And, we have kids – and even two dogs. After facing some initial challenges in confirming a place to which to move, we learned of Jackie Nedin and Phoenix Stays. Please, trust me. If you want your experience to go well, please reach out to Jackie. This is fact. Here are only some of the reasons, including our review of the home: (1) Phx Stays provided friendly, immediate, and effective assistance on anything we asked (really, hats off Jackie, you are impressive and distinguished yourself in such an impressive manner); (2) we loved the home! (I really wonder if we’ll ever be in such a convenient place again – near ALL the shops, close to all areas of Scottsdale – everything was accessible (quickly it felt like home); (3) back to the home, it was a very quiet street (not one single issue – the neighbor across the street was nice and a beautiful home was just renovated next door (it’s gorgeous); (4) the area is pet friendly (I saw countless people walking their dogs and, less than a quarter of a mile down the street (minutes away), there’s a huge park (there’s many dogs there and the people always smile). I know this might seem like a “too good to be true” review, but the experience was so positive that it is my absolute pleasure – if not obligation – to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Jackie and your entire team! We’ll never forget our first home in AZ (we were here over a month) and we’ll never forget the kindness and impressive support and management you provided. Sincerely, impressed and thankful tenant! You and your team are alone at the top and I really wish you and your team nothing but success. You really deserve it.
