Location wise, it was centrally located to everything! The house was nicely decorated and had all the creature comforts like comfy beds and linens. Stay here!!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at this beautiful home… I wish I could give over 5 stars! It provided the best bachelorette weekend ever. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of how aesthetic and beautiful the entire property was. Every inch was perfect, with thoughtful details that made our stay unforgettable. Relaxing by the pool with drinks was one of the highlights of our weekend. The setting was so serene and picturesque, it felt like a private paradise. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in!! Each night, we sank into the plush bedding and woke up refreshed and ready for more celebrations. I would 100% stay at Tranquil Hacienda again!! (Also, the steam shower in the primary bathroom was 10/10)!!

This home is a beautiful boutique Maple Ash Home with amazing views and close proximity to everything thats fun about this town! The decor is comfy and there’s enough space for everyone staying!

This is the second time we have rented this house . We could not be happier , from location, quality , and layout.

Awesome location! We arrived to a nice clean home, with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were wonderful, no complaints at all. The location of the home is in a safe area, and quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the stay we look forward to staying again in the future.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was well furnished and spacious for our family. We had a spare room as one of the individuals didn’t make it, but we had two kids and 4 adults – PLENTY of room. We loved the separate ‘wings’ of the house so the kids could be on one side with us while the grandparents had their own space. The kids rooms were well loved by our boys with some toys to keep them entertained which helped with us not having to pack. They also had a pack n play available. Beds and pillows were comfy! It was also nice to have 3 bathrooms – although the bathrooms could use some sprucing up. You can tell that the finishing from the bathtubs/showers aren’t holding up. We also had a little issue with the pool heating but they sent out their pool guy promptly. Unfortunately, by the time it was resolved, we really only enjoyed the pool for a couple days where the kids weren’t freezing. The hosts made good and refunded us for one day. We still really enjoyed our stay and was able to cook meals, and location was prime to grocery and restaurants to enjoy as well. Would recommend and also stay again!

Fabulous home, beautifully curated,, great location — loved it. My only comment has to do with the relationship to the “Bungalow.” It would not cause me to hesitate renting again — but the two properties sort of limits the use of outdoor space and creates a slight sense of a lack of privacy. I’ve rented properties in Phoenix which have similar structures which are offered at an additional fee, but not rented when the main house is occupied, Not sure if your economics permit this, and again, it wouldn’t stop from returning — you don’t have to change a thing. And thanks again for accommodating my second night.

We came for a girls weekend and had a lovely time at the Bloom! Jackie was always so responsive and thought of all the small details. The place was super clean and had all amenities needed. We loved swimming in the pool and enjoying the peaceful backyard. It is also only about 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, while having local stores (Target/Walmart) just down the block. All in all, we had a WONDERFUL time and would recommend the Bloom to all!

The complex has 3 pools which is a plus. The condo itself very roomy and clean! Jackie, the host is very responsive. We would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves.

This was the perfect home base for an early birthday getaway with my spouse. We were pleased with how centrally located it was (seriously 10-15 minutes from anywhere). And after long hiking days we loved coming home to a cozy space to chill. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was open and easy to use and the living spaces were fun to sit around and talk! We loved the jacuzzi! We were able to walk to coffees and the location was close to downtown scottsdale which was a blast! Definitely would recommend!

Jackie was very responsive and made us feel welcome in her home. It was the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed at. Easy check-out instructions and did not have a long list of chores to be done like some places.

We were in Scottsdale over the weekend for a doctors appointment and wanted to stay somewhere that was comfortable for the whole family. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel right at home, and we loved spending time together in the backyard! It was the perfect weather to bbq and hot tub. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful home as it had anything we could need and felt safe, clean, and cozy. Thank you!

It was super clean, had plenty of space, was nice and warm and cozy in the winter, and was easily walkable to a lot of great restaurants and bars. I was initially worried about it being on a busy street, but Jackie has thought of everything to help with that – from white noise machines, to fans, to thick windows, so it wasn’t a problem at all. We had a lovely stay – thank you!

It is perfect for 6-8 guests without feeling like you are right on top of each other. The house is absolutely gorgeous and so functional for a larger group of guests. She was very responsive (within 30min-1 hour) if we need anything and she checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. The neighborhood is such a great location between Arcadia and Old town Scottsdale. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is incredible!! The layout is perfect for a few families. Great neighborhood with a park close by with walking distance and easy to get to other areas of Scottsdale. Jackie was the best host. She truly wanted us to have the best trip. We loved the simplicity of the checkout process as well. Would highly recommend any this house to anyone looking in the area!!
