POOL:
Pool heating is $100/day with 72 hours notice required. Depending on outdoor air temperature, pool temperature can range from 80–83°F. The pool does not have a safety fence — children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. There is no diving. The pool is 5 feet deep.

PARKING:
Free parking in the driveway. Street parking also available. No garage. There is an outlet for an EV charger.

THINGS TO NOTE:
We require a pre-arrival form and rental agreement, including a copy of your government ID as part of our guest screening process after your reservation is confirmed.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay you may encounter service providers who assist with maintenance and upkeep of the home. Days and times are subject to change.

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking of any kind — no cigarettes, cannabis, vape, or cigars.
No recreational drug use or illegal activity.
No unregistered guests or unauthorized visitors.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect neighbors and observe Scottsdale quiet hours. 9PM-7AM

Service fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
A security deposit may be required depending on your booking platform.

SECURITY POLICY:
The home's exterior is equipped with security cameras. One Ring camera is located at the front door. Cameras are not actively monitored during stays but recordings will be reviewed in the event of a noise complaint or undisclosed damage. This is a strictly no-party home. If rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched and the reservation will be terminated without refund.

NOISE MONITORING:
This home is monitored by Noise Aware. Noise sensors do not record sound — they monitor decibel levels only.

Pool floats and pool towels are included. Two chaise sun loungers with umbrellas, an outdoor dining table, sectional sofa and chairs make this an outdoor living room you'll never want to leave.
