WIFI: This is a smart house with several connected devices that will make your stay more comfortable. Wifi cannot be turned off by the guest.

PETS:
No pets without prior approval, including service animals. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $200/per pet. Unauthorized animals on the property will be fined $5,000 per violation plus any necessary deep cleaning/damage fees.

PARKING:
There is garage parking as well as in the spacious driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only- it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have security cameras for monitoring the entry door, the breezeway at the front of home, and the exterior garage. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.
