It was an easy check-in & out. Also, for folks who may be viewing & are covid cautious. It’s very spacious & there was a family in the home of the airbnb space but they were friendly & respectful of that as well. Jackie was very responsive & understanding of some things I brought to her attention of some things that were considering the garden area. But overall, great space! It was minutes away from the exhibition I came to show my work, so I was very happy with that as well.

I can’t say enough about PHX Stays, from the property to the host. I booked this property for my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 21st birthday, and Cactus Jack was the perfect home! There was plenty of space and the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the property was experienced the moment we walked in and toured the home. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels smelled amazing! I know, but it’s things like this that makes a stay feel like home. We were greeted with treats, the coffee station was fully stocked with coffee and biscuits, and we had all the kitchen items we needed to dine in a few days. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this property was by far the best! Jackie and her team stocked and decorated this home like they lived there, not just with junkie items (utensils, bedding, towels, etc..) like most places. There was a jar of detergent for laundry and a new grill to cook dinner. We arrived during a cold snap, so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but we spent several days basking in the sun in the backyard between hikes. I will be recommending these properties to all my friends! Thank you Jackie for a wonderful stay from start to finish. I can’t wait to book another property for an upcoming girls weekend!

What a great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the house! Home was well equipped, immaculately clean, and we felt completely comfortable and safe. We will look for this house next time we make it back to Phoenix!

It is perfect for 6-8 guests without feeling like you are right on top of each other. The house is absolutely gorgeous and so functional for a larger group of guests. She was very responsive (within 30min-1 hour) if we need anything and she checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. The neighborhood is such a great location between Arcadia and Old town Scottsdale. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is incredible!! The layout is perfect for a few families. Great neighborhood with a park close by with walking distance and easy to get to other areas of Scottsdale. Jackie was the best host. She truly wanted us to have the best trip. We loved the simplicity of the checkout process as well. Would highly recommend any this house to anyone looking in the area!!

It was so nice to be right on the golf course. We loved the multiple living spaces, shuffleboard and pool table!

The house was very clean and well stocked. Owners were friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make it a great stay.

The house is a well-preserved gem, we felt at home, I think it will be our place in Phoenix, the hostess always attentive to everything and very clean.

We visited Phoenix to attend a show at ASU Gammage, and the house was directly across the street. We were able to walk. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Although it is located on a somewhat busy street, you could not hear the street noise. And when we were able to back into the driveway, it was easier to get out. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Phoenix.

Host is very friendly and responds very quickly. Very good location, close to the airport and close to several attractions. Beautiful place and it is just like in the pictures. The only thing there are no blackout curtains so the rooms are very bright Everything else was wonderful! Thanks again

I gave this 5 stars all around so that I could say that the hosts communication was excellent and seemed very nice. I live in the neighborhood and booked this for a couple of nights while I had work done on my house. Unfortunately I ended up not needing it and never checked in or even go to the place, however this location is wonderful and Jackie seemed very nice.

The house was beautiful! It looked exactly as the pictures and had all the listed amenities. Very cute and well put together. And clean!! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful when minor issues came up. Would definitely recommend, and would be happy staying here again. Location was 10/10 for us! We used to live a few blocks away from this house, and were back with our children visiting friends! We were very happy and comfortable to be in this area, near so many of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to the Art Museum, parks, and to grab food! If traveling with kiddos, it is very close to the children’s museum of Phoenix and the science center as well.

Loved everything about our stay ! Fit us all perfectly, we celebrated new years and had a fun dinner , the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean , the beds were all comfortable. The pool was perfect !! Loved the location! We were by everything !! Just a few min away from Costco, grocery stores , restaurants, shopping ! Perfect relaxing trip!!

A bit far from the restaurants and bars to make an easy walk… bicycles would be a nice touch. Also, no ensuite bathrooms if that’s important to you. Finally, one bedroom was unevenly heated… to get it to a similar temperature you need to leave the door open, which is fine during the day. All in all it is very nice and very clean. Just a few minor nitpicks.

After an non-communicativeAirbnb host canceled my reservation less than 24 hrs before arrival, I was overly grateful for Jackie’s excellent communication. It was an 1000% upgrade of host and more peaceful location. She was above and beyond accommodating, proactive, and gracious as a host. The bungalow is as the pictures and description say. I was grateful for the convenient location—super close to the downtown and yet in a safe quiet residential neighborhood.

The space was surprisingly spacious, providing ample room for comfort and relaxation. What truly impressed us was the accuracy of the description—the photos and details matched the reality perfectly. It’s rare to find accommodations that not only meet but exceed expectations. Our stay was incredibly enjoyable. The home is a gem, located in the historic Roosevelt Phoenix neighborhood. Delightful design touches in the home are a treat to live upon, and connect you to the soul of Phoenix. We loved relaxing in the home’s bath and living areas. The neighborhood is so walkable and centrally located that we never had to drive all weekend. An expansive park, bookended with historic Phoenix landmarks, connects you by pedestrian trails through coffee shops, eateries, and other vibrant downtown life.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the coffee bar. Communication with the host was a breeze and they checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Thanks, Jackie!

The house was beautiful, clean and definitely exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was staffed with clean utensils and silverware. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and thankful to the owners for being easily reachable and comfortable to work with.

Moon Valley has amazing Christmas light decorations on practically every home and my family loved exploring the neighborhood and seeing all the lights. Also the cleanest AirBNB I have stayed in for a while. Comfortable beds, plush towels, nice little touches and a gift for our arrival, the house couldn’t have been any more welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there and wished we could have stayed longer, next time! Thanks Jackie!

We used to live in the neighborhood so felt back at home. The house had all the essentials and we also used some of the PHXStays connections for things we needed during our stay.
