The house and yard were beautiful with many thoughtful little touches throughout: nice toiletries, interesting books, cute and functional clothes racks, wood in the fire pit, lots of seating options, etc. It was perfect for a ladies trip! We would definitely come back and/or try another property from the same host.

The location was great! Nearby coffee shops, restaurants & parks and the lightrail was within walking distance, which was great as we did not have a car. The only thing that was less than ideal was having to enter the unit through the alley, as it’s not well lit at all at night. If there would be a way to enter through the front, this property would be PERFECT! It’s still definitely worth the stay & overall we had a lovely time 🙂

It was one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. It was very well maintained and extremely clean. She was very responsive and had positive energy. I really appreciated the thoughtful instructions and guidebook that she left. Loved the EV charger in the garage. Would definitely recommend.

Jackie and her team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and felt cared for. The kitchen is fully stocked , which is so helpful for large groups. The pool is beautiful. The beds were more comfortable than mine at home. Would love to come back and stay again during a hot Phoenix summer. Everything felt super clean and well cared for . They even went above and beyond and got us some NY eve goodies. Thank you Jackie , you are awesome!!

We have stayed at a lot of Airbbnb’s over the years, and Jackie’s place was by far our favorite. Darling house with the perfect layout for family. She didn’t miss a single detail, from decor to supplies. I love to cook and was pleasantly surprised to find every item I needed to pull off family meals, which is super rare to find. The neighborhood is located perfectly for access to the airport, restaurants and shopping in Scottsdale, hiking and entertainment. We were able to attend two bowl games in opposite directions and neither drive felt very far. I would highly recommend Jackie’s house for a relaxing, fun family get-away!

This listing was amazing, with even better host. The communication was great, i Initially had troubles with the door code and within mins i was able to get ahold of someone with a new code. Even with it being a very late check in. We had a month stay and I can’t think of one issue. Everything was well put together. The beds slept great, we had plenty of cooking supplies, the location was perfect, and plenty of toiletries.

This place was perfect for our short stay in Phoenix to pick up our marriage license/attend a local festival. Easy access to Hance Park (and a bunch of restaurants and breweries), comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, I even loved the shampoo, etc. that they provided! We had a little hiccup when our muddy pup jumped up on the bed, and Jackie and her husband were super responsive and went above and beyond to help us take care of the mess. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting PHX.

Thank you so much Jackie for hosting us in your home! It was decorated so beautifully and was the perfect oasis for us to stay with our moms , pup, and little one. Everyone felt so comfortable and the cleanliness and fully stocked kitchen and cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms made us feel like we were at a hotel. You were so responsive to all our questions also. Jackie’s house was the perfect place for our week-long stay this fall while visiting family in the area. We brought our two small dogs with us—the neighborhood has great safe walking with grassy washes as well as the Paradise Valley dog park just down the street. The space had everything we needed to make meals during the day while we worked remotely and it was comfortable/spacious enough to have family over for afternoon visits in the backyard. The location is really great—a short drive to Desert Ridge or Paradise Valley areas—so no shortage of restaurants, coffee, or grocery/retail shopping. Jackie was super communicative and welcoming—definitely recommend her as a host!

Loved the bungalow. Nicely equipped with everything. It was almost like being at home. Plus it was close to the University and a lot of downtown events. Nice stay.

The location was so cool for my dog and I, lots of grass and land to explore! Quiet and well kept neighborhood

BEST AIRBNB EVER! Over the past 10 years, we have stayed in many many Airbnb’s for work and pleasure. Hands down without question this is the nicest place we’ve stayed in. Book now! I went to Phoenix for a last minute trip and specifically wanted to stay in Arcadia. The Lilly” popped up. The cute name caught my eye but I was hesitant because it had very few reviews. Being very picky and having been burnt by “bait and switch” tactics, I thoroughly vetted the host. Jackie informed me that The Lilly has just completed a total remodel by a very talented interior designer and came on the market in mid- October 2022. The pictures are 100% accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and classic Arcadia and only 10 minutes in either direction to Old Town or the Biltmore area. The tasteful furnishings are fresh and modern. The beds are layered beautifully with cozy comfy duvets and all white quality sheets. And it smells so good! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The WiFi works great and TV’s all have Netflix, Prime, etc. The backyard competes with any of the best resorts in Phoenix – albeit smaller. The swimming pool is incredibly inviting with an in-water shelf for lounging or tanning. There is a lovely seating area as well as a BBQ and outside dining table. Can you tell I liked it? It is refreshing to find a listing as accurate as its’ description. Book now because once word gets out, The Lilly will be booked all season!

It is walking distance of almost everything. And Jackie was an exceptional host! The other reviews aren’t wrong, this place was a great stay and experience!

I stayed there for an eight day vacation. It is a beautiful, $1.0+ million property on a quiet street. Centrally located in Arcadia and convenient to just about anything in the Valley. The primary suite was an addition and it is huge and beautifully decorated. The whole house is lovely actually. The process was seamless from booking to check in to check out. I would highly recommend this property.

The BOHO Retreat is always welcoming, comfortable and beautifully designed! This is our second time at this house and we would return again! The location is GREAT and close to everything! The backyard has an amazing pool and spa. Great for relaxing and enjoying the sun! We loved our stay!

Jackie really took time to take care of the small details. She had a welcome tray with fresh flowers , personal note , crackers , spread and wine. The velvet hangers in the rooms , the freshly hung robes in the closet to the Q-tips in the bathroom with linen sheets on the bed made my family and I feel right at home. Her property was 6-10 min from everything you would need from entertainment, goods and food. The quick response time was appreciated when my family had questions. The pool is beautiful at night with the party lights on above it. The neighborhood is quite and very well kept. We are looking forward to visiting again !

This place was perfect for our 2 day stay in Scottsdale, it was 5 minutes from Westworld and great location for shopping and restaurants. Will definitly stay here again. Beds were so comfortable, just like the ones in my own home.

This is absolutely a 5 star listing. I have stayed in many airbnbs and this one is super cute and comfortable. The way it’s designed is so amazing. They make it so appealing from the inside out. In addition to that it’s super clean!!!!! And that play pool was the best. Very clean and the kids loved it. The whole ambiance of this property is so chill and relaxing. And the neighborhood is super quiet. So if you are reading this , definitely stay here at this property. Those beds were sooooooo comfortable as well!!!!!! I’m coming back!!!

I loved the location, so close to everything and in a VERY safe area of town, this is appreciated. This would be perfect for a couple staying for a few nights and want to explore Phoenix. My sister and I went to the Japanese friendship garden across the street, there were beautiful flowers and waterfalls. We drove to Gibbons outlook for a sunset outlook, perfect for those who want the views but don’t want to hike. If you like hiking, we got up at 4:30am to trek up Camel Back Mountain, 40 min drive from the air bnb. The bed was super comfortable, linens and towels were great, and the interior design was perfect with the minimalistic look. She also left a card and cookies for us, a thoughtful touch. Jackie is a wonderful host and responds quickly. Do your self a favor and rest here at this air bnb. You’ll thank me later.

The Boho Retreat is beautifully furnished with many instagrammable spots as shown in the listing. The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were super comfy and clean. We enjoyed the extra touches with nice bathrobes for the master room, plenty of thick bath towels and environmentally friendly toiletries. We absolutely love the non tech family bonding activities like the corn hole and foosball games that left our family with so much laughter and good memories. This home has a fantastic location with quick access to fine dinning experiences in Phoenix and Scottsdale. For Tesla or EV owners, the 24/7 Tesla Superchargers are just 3.4 miles or 10 minutes away The Check in went smoothly with clear and detail instructions to the location of the house. Check out was so conveniently simple with no long to do list. Jackie is truly a superb host. We truly appreciate how prompt she is in her communication, contacting us after we check in and so accommodating to our vacation request to have our dogs during our stay. With less than 24 hours of our confirmed booking, we were especially very touched with her caring and thoughtful gestures that went way beyond as a host to provide us welcome gifts to help us celebrate 2 special occasions and also treats for our dogs! Thank you so much Jackie! We will definitely be looking forward to staying at your lovely home the next time we come to Phoenix.
