Very cute, comfortable, spacious and well stocked.

Super cool home! lots of great amenities and our kids play a ton of pool! PHX communicated very well throughout the whole process. will certainly do it again when we come back to Phoenix.

Fabulous home, beautifully curated,, great location — loved it. My only comment has to do with the relationship to the “Bungalow.” It would not cause me to hesitate renting again — but the two properties sort of limits the use of outdoor space and creates a slight sense of a lack of privacy. I’ve rented properties in Phoenix which have similar structures which are offered at an additional fee, but not rented when the main house is occupied, Not sure if your economics permit this, and again, it wouldn’t stop from returning — you don’t have to change a thing. And thanks again for accommodating my second night.

We loved our stay here! The bungalow was functional, thoughtful, and so well designed. The location was ideal, too. We were able to walk to many restaurants and a nearby music venue, and it was easy for our uber drivers to hop on and off the freeway. There is a pretty park across the street, so my husband and I enjoyed a few walks in the morning. The hosts were super easy to communicate with, but we found that the Bungalow had what we needed anyway. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely book with PHX Stays again.

Was pleasantly surprised at functional the Hideaway was given its small footprint. It worked perfectly for me while in town for a few days for a conference being held at the convention center which I either walked to or rented a scooter that got me from dooor to dorr.

We came for a girls weekend and had a lovely time at the Bloom! Jackie was always so responsive and thought of all the small details. The place was super clean and had all amenities needed. We loved swimming in the pool and enjoying the peaceful backyard. It is also only about 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, while having local stores (Target/Walmart) just down the block. All in all, we had a WONDERFUL time and would recommend the Bloom to all!

The complex has 3 pools which is a plus. The condo itself very roomy and clean! Jackie, the host is very responsive. We would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves.

We had a great stay with the family. The space is really cozy and well stocked. Lots of nice touches, super convenient location and great communication. Would absolutely stay again.

This place was AWESOME – had everything we could have needed for our group of 8. All appliances, electronics, etc in the house worked like they should, and absolutely great arrangements for 4 couples with 2 queens and 2 kings, all parties were happy. Jackie is great and there if you need anything. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

This was the perfect home base for an early birthday getaway with my spouse. We were pleased with how centrally located it was (seriously 10-15 minutes from anywhere). And after long hiking days we loved coming home to a cozy space to chill. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was open and easy to use and the living spaces were fun to sit around and talk! We loved the jacuzzi! We were able to walk to coffees and the location was close to downtown scottsdale which was a blast! Definitely would recommend!

Jackie was very responsive and made us feel welcome in her home. It was the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed at. Easy check-out instructions and did not have a long list of chores to be done like some places.

So clean and easy for my family of 4 to settle into. Everything looked just like the photos. There are 2 sets of stairs – bottom floor is garage and bedroom with full bath, 2nd floor is the kitchen, living, dining and powder room, and 3rd floor is 2 king bedrooms with full bathrooms and a laundry room. There was a ping pong table and corn hole available in the garage and a basketball hoop outside. The area was very quiet so it was easy to get a good nigh’s sleep. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, k-cups for coffee, and lots of dishes. We felt right at home our entire stay!

Second year we’ve stayed here for our annual girls’ weekend. Comfortable and terrific location. It’s beautiful and very well maintained. The hosts are great! Easy from start to finish!

This is a beautiful condo in a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s also within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale. It’s super clean, spacious and has a nice huge sectional for lounging in the living room. Jackie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place!

The place was so beautifully furnished and everything anyone could need was provided. The beds were super comfortable with wonderful pillows. The kitchen was so well equipped, making it a pleasure to cook there. The outdoor space was elegant and comfortable. A total home run. Nothing critical to say at all! We were in Scottsdale over the weekend for a doctors appointment and wanted to stay somewhere that was comfortable for the whole family. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel right at home, and we loved spending time together in the backyard! It was the perfect weather to bbq and hot tub. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful home as it had anything we could need and felt safe, clean, and cozy. Thank you!

It was super clean, had plenty of space, was nice and warm and cozy in the winter, and was easily walkable to a lot of great restaurants and bars. I was initially worried about it being on a busy street, but Jackie has thought of everything to help with that – from white noise machines, to fans, to thick windows, so it wasn’t a problem at all. We had a lovely stay – thank you!
