When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury amenities to help you feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.

PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED and it carries a fine of $800. This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Below is the schedule.

POOL SERVICE Weekly on Mondays
HOT TUB: Fridays
GARBAGE Wednesdays. We have a valet service that will take the cans to the street and bring back in the next day.
LANDSCAPE: Fridays
NOTE: days are subject to change

There are surveillance cameras on the front exterior of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind
- No parties/events are allowed.
-No pets without prior approval. There is a nonrefundable pet fee.

The MAIN SPACES OF THE HOME:

The Magazine worthy kitchen features 2 large islands, wine fridge, Viking appliances, a large open floor plan with doors that open to spectacular golf course views. There is a 65' Smart TV in the main room with an electric fireplace.

The Desert Oasis offers 3 bedrooms each with their own design personality. The spacious master suite includes a luxurious and inviting King Sized bed, a Smart TV and a show stopping Master bathroom with a soaking tub, walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The second Master suite features a luxurious King bed with a private walk in shower. The third bedroom offers a Queen Murphy Bed that also can serve as an office space with a large desk and chair.

Our entertainer’s backyard features a pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor dining table and a hot tub for chilly evenings. The pool is not heated.

If exploring is high on your list, the location of this gem cannot be beat. It is a very short drive to some of the Valley’s best restaurants, including local favorites such as Tommy Bahama Restaurant and Bar, Mastros Ocean Club, Dominicks Steakhouse, Tru Foods, Eddie V's and more! A quick drive to Old Town Scottsdale, where, you’ll find more destination spots people travel from across the country to enjoy, such as the best Spring Training experiences and top notch restaurants like NOBU, Ocean’s 44, and The Mission, to name a few.
