PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED and it carries a fine of $800. This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected.

The max occupancy of the home is 6 guests. No guests are allowed without written permission and may not stay overnight. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process, and your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process. This is a State and City Law. Once completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

- acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

There are surveillance cameras on the front exterior of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy
will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. The property is
equipped with NOISE AWARE, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property
exceed the set limit. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed
after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet-friendly property (max 2 dogs, no cats) with prior authorization only, and with a $175 non refundable pet fee. . Must clean up after your dog or incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

The spacious master suite includes a luxurious and inviting King Sized bed, a Smart TV and a show stopping Master bathroom with a soaking tub, walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The second Master suite features a luxurious King bed with a private walk in shower. The third bedroom offers a Queen Murphy Bed that also can serve as an office space with a large desk and chair.

Our entertainer’s backyard features a pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor dining table and a hot tub for chilly evenings. The pool is not heated.
