When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury amenities to help you feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Top notch communication, from beginning through the end of your stay.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Below is the schedule.

HOUSE RULES:

OUTDOOR CAMERAS: Exterior cameras are located in the front of the home for security. There are no interior cameras.

NOISE MONITORS: Noise monitors are located inside and outside of the home to ensure quiet hours of 10pm-9am are followed. These measure decibel levels only. No sound is transmitted or recorded.

To maintain our beautiful grounds, please note that we do have weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crew onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to backyard and front yard of property. Typically the team comes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but this is subject to change without notice.

Access

Once the rental agreement + guest verification have been signed and r'cd you will receive the keyless entry code.

CHECK IN: 4:00 PM
CHECK OUT 11:00 AM
Unless prior arrangements have been made, late check out after 11:00 will result in $150/hour fee.
By booking our home you are agreeing to our house rules.
You will have access to the entire home except the owners locked closet and the garage.

Space

The Bloom is a 5-bedroom single-family home, curated for relaxation and designed to help you unwind and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer. You will be treated to beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that include a private, heated swimming pool (additional fees apply), a large sun-splashed backyard, and a game room with a pool table. Please note: there is one step down into the game room.

Bedroom 1: King Bed, Smart TV with sitting area and private access to the outdoors, private shower and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3: 2 TWIN beds, Smart TV

Bathroom 1: Master has walk-in shower, a separate sink area, and tons of space

(all include fluffy towels and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.)

Pool heating available for an additional $100/day heated up to 85F, 48-hour advance notice required.
