When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury basics to help you feel right at home! PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. Our home is equipped with Noise Aware Monitors inside and in the backyard to protect our neighbors. There is one Ring Camera at front door and one facing the driveway.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS:
Exterior cameras are located in the front of the home and back gate for security. There are no interior cameras.

NOISE MONITORS:
Noise monitors are located inside and outside of the home to ensure quiet hours of 10pm-9am are followed. These measure decibel levels only. No sound is transmitted or recorded.

Additional lounge sitting areas are provided next to the pool where you can enjoy a beverage while basking in the glorious Arizona sunshine.
