IMPORTANT** This is a 4 bedroom home that is also being offered as a 2 bedroom. If you book the 2 bedroom, you will have access to the entire home except for the extra 2 bedrooms. They will be locked off. NOT SHARED.

PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED and it carries a fine of $800. This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected.

The home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device and exterior cameras. Violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $350 fine.

The max occupancy of the home is 4 guests. No guests are allowed without written permission and may not stay overnight. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

The cleaning fee at booking is a pass-through fee, meaning the entire cleaning fee goes to our cleaning team. We partner with the most impeccable cleaners in the area and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe environment for our guests. Should you require a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Please provide advanced notice to your concierge.

Our properties are protected by Safely, a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the Safely application must be the name of the primary guest on the reservation.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card in the name that matches your ID.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process. This is a State and City Law. Once completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

All charges will be subsequently followed by an email, which will break down the fees and damages. No charges will be processed without prior written notice.

There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy
will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. The property is
equipped with NOISE AWARE, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property
exceed the set limit. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed
after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet-friendly property (max 2 dogs, no cats) with prior authorization only, and a pet fee applies. Must clean up after your dog or incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.

Today, the canal acts as a place for bikers, joggers, and anyone wanting to get out and about and enjoy a little bit of water in an otherwise aqua-barren land. Breweries and restaurants dot the canal, and nearly all of them have outdoor seating and bike racks to accommodate outdoor enthusiasts (and probably some canine friends, as well) on their adventures.

If you’re up for the adventure, there are two hiking trails on Camelback Mountain: Echo Canyon Trail, and Cholla trail. Each of these are over a mile in length and peak at an altitude of 1,280 feet, so be prepared for a hike that’s on the strenuous side, and set aside 1.5 to 3 hours to hike out and back, depending on your hiking speed.
